: Submit documents from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

Pick-up for passports runs from 2:00pm to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

Applying for a Visa

In order to apply for a visa, you need to fill out an application form and forward it to the visa office with the complete details & document required:

One Application form fully filled [download here]
Original valid passport and one copy of first page
Saving account details, bank statement (from last 6 months)
Travel Itinerary or copy of round trip air ticket and hotel reservation
2 pieces of passport size color pictures
Letter from employer (with the invitation letter for the business trip
